Extended suite to unify sales, marketing, medical and service through a connected software and data foundation

SINGAPORE, September 5, 2024 /PRNewswire/ — Veeva Systems (NYSE: VEEV) announced today Veeva Vault CRM Service Center For inside sales, contact center and hybrid agents in APAC. Supporting inbound and outbound interaction across channels, Vault CRM Service Center will eliminate silos between customer-facing teams, delivering a fluid, customer-centric experience. Service Center, Veeva Vault CRM Package – Along with Vault CRM for sales and Campaign Manager for marketing – all built from the ground up for life sciences on the Vault Platform.

More than 15 companies are already live since the launch of Vault CRM April 2024 to all new customers. Veeva CRM migrations will begin later this year for smaller customers. Some larger customers plan to begin their migration programs in early 2025. The first large global top 20 biopharmaceutical companies are expected to complete their migration to Vault CRM by the end of 2025.
