Pidilite Industries signs distribution agreement with CollTech Group

Leading adhesives and construction chemicals manufacturer Pidilite Industries Ltd announced on Thursday (September 5) that it has signed an exclusive distribution agreement with CollTech Group.

CollTech Group manufactures and sells high performance adhesives and thermal management systems and is a well-known brand in India’s industrial adhesives and sealants business. CollTech Group manufactures and sells high performance adhesives and thermal management solutions.

Under the terms of this agreement, Pidilite will become the exclusive distributor of CollTech’s wide range of products in India. This alliance aims to strengthen CollTech’s market footprint and also expand Pidilite’s position in the Indian electronics industry.

This exclusive agreement demonstrates CollTech’s commitment to providing superior products and solutions through strategic collaboration with Pidilite Industries Ltd.

CollTech aims to leverage Pidilite Industries Ltd’s extensive distribution network and market knowledge to deliver greater value to its customers, ensuring continued product availability and enhanced service in India, the company said.

Bharat Puri, Managing Director, Pidilite Industries, had said in August this year that the company expects double-digit volume growth in both consumer and B2B categories.

At around 10.23 am, Pidilite Industries was trading 0.42% higher at ₹3,222.55 per piece over its previous close of ₹3,209.20 on NSE. The counter touched a one-day high and low of ₹3,259 and ₹3,205 respectively.
